We were delighted to be invited by Old Speckled Hen to dance with them and Basingclog at The Lord Lyon in Stockcross on Tuesday evening 31st July. The evening was warm and dry so ideal for dancing out. As is the tradition, Old Speckled Hen danced first.

Garston Gallopers then took centre stage, followed by Basingclog.

From then on we took turns to perform and finished with a group dance organised by OSH.

We were pleased to be able to dance ‘Mayhem’ without mistakes, but Jean had a mishap with her headdress which was a little too big for her and fell down round her neck! It made us all laugh!   It was great to catch up with old friends.
